Process corn in food processor until slightly crushed. Mix together corn, eggs, milk, and melted butter, adding salt and pepper to taste. Add just enough flour to hold fritters together. Drop by tablespoons in hot oil, and cook 3–4 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides. Only fry a few at a time, so as not to crowd. Drain on paper towels, and serve hot.
