Crisp Criss-Cross Cheese Wafers

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup flour
1 cup Rice Krispies®
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375┬░. Cream butter. Stir in cheese, then flour. Stir in cereal and cayenne. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten balls with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern. Bake for 10 minutes.
