Using heavy-duty foil, line a big roasting pan, and lay ribs on foil. Pour dressing and sauces over ribs, then sugar over all. (Use 2 pans if necessary; just be sure ribs are mostly covered with sauce.) Bake uncovered at 250° about 6 hours.
Editor’s Extra: You can use any brand or flavor of sauces, and that gives you many variations in flavor. And that’s a good thing, because you’ll never want to cook ribs any other way.
