Bake potatoes in oven at 400° for 1 hour till punchy soft. Meanwhile, heat barbecue meat on low. Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise, and add 1/8 stick butter to each half, fluffing pulp and butter with a spoon to mix. Put each half on a serving plate and pile warm barbecue meat on top, adding a generous sprinkling of cheese and some green onions to each.
