1/2 cup broken (1 inch) angel hair pasta
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (14-ounce) can beef or chicken broth
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup raw long grain rice


In saucepan, brown noodles in butter, stirring till browned. Add remaining ingredients. Season to taste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20–25 minutes, until liquid is absorbed..
