| 6 cups | diced watermelons |
| 3 | English cucumbers |
| 3 tablespoons | olive oil |
| 3 tablespoons | red wine vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | sea salt |
| 1 teaspoon | pepper |
| 1/4 cup | crumbled feta cheese |
| 1/4 cup | mint leaves |
Directions:
