Honey Teriyaki Mini Meat Loaves

Serves 6


1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup dry plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup honey teriyaki barbecue sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat oven to 400. In large bowl, combine ingredients for meat loaves, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Place approximately 1/4 cup of beef mixture into each of 12 medium muffin cups, pressing lightly; spread remaining 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce over tops. Bake for 20 minutes or until centers are no longer pink. Remove meat loaves from pan and serve with noodles or rice.
