Cream Cheese Brownies

Serves 6

Ingredients:

1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup , chopped pecans
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons cream

In a mixer bowl beat together butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over brownies. Combine chocolate chips and cream in saucepan. Melt over low heat stirring until smooth and chocolate is melted. Do not over heat. Dip a fork into chocolate mixture and drizzle over frosted brownies.
