Coconut Fruit Salad

This refreshing fruit salad will taste equally delicious at breakfast, lunch or dinner! I like to use whatever fruit or berries I have on hand for this great salad.

Ingredients:

6 fresh mandarine or mini oranges, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
1/2 of a fresh pineapple , peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
1 large banana, sliced
1 large apple, chopped
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Sprinkle with coconut just before serving. Yield: 4 servings.
