Baked Spiralized Sweet Potato Fries with Garlic and Parsley

Sweet potatoes are more nutritious and more flavorful than russet potatoes. If you don't have a spiralizer, just julienne them.

1 sweet potato
olive oil
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley


Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Wash, cut and peel your sweet potato and spiralize using the a spiralizer.

Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt and dried parsley.

Arrange onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, just until crispy.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy!
