Simple Chocolate Cake

1 box dark chocolate cake mix
water (as directed on cake box)
oil (as directed on cake box)
egg (as directed on cake box)
1 cup sour cream

4 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons clear mexican vanilla
1/2 cup milk, approximate

Prepare cake mix per directions on cake box by stirring in water, oil, and eggs. Then blend in 1 cup sour cream. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking oil and pour cake mixture into pan. Bake as directed from cake mix box. When done, remove from oven, cover and let cake cool. While cake is cooling make frosting. Measure powdered sugar into bowl, and stir in clear Mexican vanilla. Then add enough milk to make the mixture runny. Once cake is cooled poke holes with a drinking straw all over the cake and all the way through the cake. Space holes about ever half inch or so. Pour frosting evenly over the cake and serve.

Great with a tall glass of milk!
