         To save a penny in the meat market, look for cuts of meat with the least amount of marbling and exterior fat. Fat adds ounces to the meat and thus increases your price. Fat also tenderizes and flavors meat, however, so be ready to marinate these less expensive cuts of meat in order to get the best bang for your buck!
