Fried Rice

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups cooked rice
1 (8-ounce) can early peas drained
3 green onions finely chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions:

1. Beat the eggs.
2. Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the rice and stir to coat with the oil. Cook while stirring frequently for 2 minutes.
3. Add the eggs, peas, green onions, and garlic. Stir rapidly until the eggs are cooked and the ingredinets are well combined.
4. Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
5. Serve immediately.
