Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Cheese Dip

Ingredients

3/4 cup feta cheese
1/3 cup Marinated Red Peppers with Lemon and Garlic or plain roasted red peppers
1 tablespoon pitted kalamata olives

Directions:

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.

2. Use immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.
