Arame Rice Salad


Serves: 4
Total Calories: 642

Ingredients

1 cup Arame Condiment
3 cups cooked long grain brown rice
1 1/2 cups grated carrots
1 cup fresh snow pea sliced on a diagonal
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 to 2 clove garlic pressed (optional)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

1. Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix well.
2. Refrigerate an hour or so until chilled. Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce.

For a Change . . .
* Instead of snow peas, use lightly cooked fresh or frozen green peas.

HELPFUL TIP
When adding rice or other grains to a salad, it is always better to use freshly made. Leftover grains are usually too dry.
