Ingredients

3/4 cup minced fresh parsley, firmly packed
1/2 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:

cutting board
chef’s knife, 8-inch
measuring cups
serrated knife, 5-inch
measuring spoons
citrus juicer or reamer
small bowl
rubber spatula

Put all the ingredients in a small bowl and toss to combine. Stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, Tabouli will keep for 3 days.
