Custard Pudding

Ingredients

3 cups milk
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
Dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Heat milk. Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add just a small amount of hot milk to the eggs stir to mix and warm then add balance of the hot milk. Bake in custard cups set in pan of hot water at 300°F for 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool.
