Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

1/4 cup rice
1 1/4 cups hot milk
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup ground pork
1 cup condensed beef broth bouillon
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 head cabbage
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup beef broth bouillon

Directions:

Cook rice and milk in double boiler for 10 minutes. Add beef, pork, bouillon, salt and pepper cook until rice is soft. Remove leaves of cabbage and steam until tender. Drain meat mixture and spoon onto each leaf roll and fasten with toothpicks and place in a Dutch oven. Sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar and butter. Bake in for 20 minutes. Thicken broth bouillon for gravy.
