Peanut Butter Maple Cookies


Serves: 30
Total Calories: 60

Ingredients

3/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 teaspoons splenda
2 tablespoons oat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375° F.

2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or spray with Pam.

3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, blending well. Drop onto cookie sheet using a teaspoon. Bake about 10 minutes.
