Chocolate Pudding Cookies

Ingredients

1 (1 1/2-ounce) box sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup splenda, for sprinkling on top of cookies

Directions:

1. Mix pudding mix and baking mix in large bowl. Stir in egg, oil, and vanilla. Stir until it forms a ball, shape into 1/2-inch size balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

2. Flatten the cookies and sprinkle with Splenda. Bake at 350° F for 5 to 8 minutes or until done.
