Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (8-ounce) carton of Cool Whip
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 small box frozen sweet strawberries, thawed or 1 can blueberry pie filling, or 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:

Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well. Spoon into crust (the crust may be bought—makes it even easier). Chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with strawberries or other topping.
