Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, minced
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup dry fine bread crumbs
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (15-ounce) package refrigerated pie crust

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large frying pan, brown ground beef with onion until meat is no longer pink and onion is transparent. Drain if necessary.

In a bowl, combine egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture into meat, heat through and set aside.

Open pie crusts and press each into a 12-inch square. Cut each square piecrust into four 6-inch squares. Spoon about 1/4 cup meat mixture onto each square. Fold over crust to make a triangle. Press edges with a fork to seal. Bake 20 minutes or until piecrust is lightly browned.
