Grandma's Sloppy Joes


Serves: 9

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup ketchup
8 to 10 large hamburger buns

Directions:

In a frying pan, brown ground beef until meat is no longer pink. Drain if necessary. Stir in all remaining ingredients except hamburger buns. Cover and simmer over low heat for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on warmed buns.
