Giant Meatball Sub

Ingredients

25 frozen fully cooked meatballs*
1 (26-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce, any variety
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 loaf French bread
mozzarella cheese, sliced

Directions:

Heat meatballs according to package directions.

In a large frying pan, combine meatballs, spaghetti sauce, and garlic.

Cut bread in half lengthwise. Place bread halves cut side up on a baking sheet. Broil for 2 minutes until lightly toasted. Lay cheese slices over one of the halves. Spoon meatballs and sauce over cheese. Place the other bread half on top, cut side down. Cut into 6–8 single serve portions.

*Can be found in the frozen meat section.
