Chocolate-Mocha Cups

Ingredients

1 (6-ounce) box chocolate instant pudding & pie filling mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1/4 cup toasted almonds

Directions:

Stir sugar and coffee into dry pudding mix, then prepare pudding according to package directions. Stir in chopped almonds. Spoon into 8 paper baking cups placed in muffin tins. Freeze. Remove frozen cups from tins wrap, label, and return to freezer. Serve frozen.
