Old Mexico Chili


Serves: 4
Total Calories: 80

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed *
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can stewed tomatoes (optional)
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, may add more to taste

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in cooker, mix thoroughly, cover. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. Serves: 4 to 6

*NOTE: 2 pounds ground beef may be substituted for the beef stew meat
