Moo-Cow in a Blanket

1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner roll
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
2 slices provolone cheese
3 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
2 tablespoons jarred chopped roasted red bell peppers


Heat oven to 350°. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Separate dough into 8 triangles; press out and cut in half lengthwise to make 16 triangles. Brush with salad dressing. Cut each cheese slice into 8 strips; cut roast beef into 16 portions. Place cheese and beef pieces on mini triangles with a tad of red pepper. Roll from flat end to point. Bake 12–17 minutes till browned. Serve warm.
