Cheesy Vidalia Fingers

1 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 large purple or Vidalia onion, chopped
1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
24 slices bread, crusts removed


Combine cheeses, onion, and mayonnaise in mixing bowl. Spread bread with mixture and bake in 400° oven 10–12 minutes. Remove and cut each into 3 finger slices before serving.
