Buttery Bacon and Cheese Bread

1 long skinny loaf French bread
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
6 slices bacon, fried, crumbled
1 stick butter, melted


Preheat oven to 350°. Slice bread but not through bottom crust. Place on long sheet of heavy foil; stuff cheese and bacon into slices. Drizzle melted butter over bread. Wrap and bake about 25 minutes.

Editor's Extra: Other grated cheeses, cheese blends, or combos are good as well.
