Veggie-Tortellini Chowder

Ingredients

1 1/2 (16-ounce) packages frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
2 cups milk, divided
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup shredded gouda cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning

Directions:

Bring vegetables and broth to a boil in a large saucepan; add tortellini. Return to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 4–6 minutes, just until vegetables are tender.

Shake 1 cup milk with flour in a covered jar; shake well. Stir into soup; add remaining milk. Cook and stir until slightly thickened. Cook and stir over medium heat 2–3 minutes more. Stir in cheese until melted. Stir in seasonings.
