Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1/3 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:

Let tomatoes and spices soak in vinegar for a couple of hours before adding oil.
