Low-Fat Blue Cheese Dressing

Yield: 2 1/4 cups

Ingredients

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

In food processor or blender, process yogurt, cottage cheese, onion, and garlic until smooth. Stir in blue cheese. Refrigerate.

Editor's Extra:
Go middle of the road with low-fat yogurt and cottage cheese for a tad more flavor.
