After Thanksgiving Sandwich

Ingredients

3 tablespoons jellied cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 slices rye bread
2 thick slices turkey breast
iceberg lettuce leaves, rinsed, dried

Directions:

Mix cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, and cream cheese; spread on bread slices. Place sliced turkey breast on 2 bread slices. Top with iceberg lettuce leaves. Put remaining bread slices on top; slice diagonally.

Editor's Extra:
Can be made into double-decker sandwiches, quartered, and secured with toothpicks.
