Potato Scramble

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1/2 (26-ounce) package frozen grated potatoes
1 small onion, grated
8 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons cream
1 cup chopped cooked bacon or ham
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Melt butter in sauté pan and add potatoes and onion. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Combine next 4 ingredients. Pour over potatoes and cook as for scrambled eggs. Add cheese. Heat until melted. To serve, cut in pie wedges.
