Ingredients

1 pound kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 pound chicken breast tenders
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups regular rice
1 cup mushrooms

Directions:

Cook chicken and sausage separately. Cook onion, pepper, and garlic in oil. Add water and seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add meat and rice. Cover and cook 25 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 5 more minutes. Use 6-8 briquets under the Dutch oven and 12-14 on top. Stir infrequently.
