Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

2 cups diced ripe tomatoes
1 cup diced purple onion
6 to 10 jalapeƱo peppers, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup sweet corn (optional)

Directions:

Combine and mix all ingredients in a large non-metallic bowl. Chill 2 hours before serving for all flavors to combine.
