Turkey Aloha

Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese cream cheese, softened, or 1/3 cup soft (part of an 8 oz. tub)
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple well drained
1 cup turkey diced cooked
2 slices Swiss cheese diced (about 2 oz. total)
1/4 cup celery chopped
4 slices bread multi-grain, lightly toasted
butter or margarine, softened
almonds Toasted sliced or coconut

Directions:

In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese and pineapple until blended. Stir in turkey, Swiss cheese and celery.

Spread toast with butter. Top with turkey mixture. Sprinkle with almonds or coconut. If desired, cut in half before serving.
