Chicago Hot Dogs

Ingredients

Kosher hot dogs
Poppy seed buns, split
Prepared mustard
Pickle relish
onion Chopped
Chopped tomato
hot pepper Pickled (optional)

Directions:

Cook hot dogs according to package directions. Place hot dogs in buns and top with mustard, pickle relish, onion, tomato and, if desired, pickled peppers.

To Microwave: Make several diagonal cuts in hot dog to prevent popping. Place hot dog in bun. Wrap in a paper towel. Microwave two hot dogs at a time at 100% power for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
