Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese cream cheese, softened, or 1/3 cup soft (part of an 8 oz. tub)
1/4 cup sour cream
2 to 3 teaspoons horseradish or 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
10 or 12 slices rye bread light rye bread
2 ounces beef thin-sliced
5 or 6 slices Muenster cheese
lettuce leaves

Directions:

In a small bowl with a fork, stir cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in sour cream and horseradish or Dijon mustard until blended. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each slice of bread.

Separate slices of beef and roll up. To make each sandwich, place four or five rolled slices of beef on a slice of bread. Topwith a slice of cheese and a lettuce leaf. Cover with a slice of bread, cream cheese-side down. Cut in half before serving.
