Radish Spread

Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese softened
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon mustard prepared
1 garlic medium, crushed and minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1/2 cup radish finely shredded red (about 1 bunch)
2 tablespoons parsley chopped fresh
Melba toast, crackers or raw vegetales

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix cheese, butter or margarine, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper until well blended.

Stir in radishes and parsley. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

Serve with toast, crackers or vegetables.
