Grating Orange Or Lemon Rind

Directions:

Wash and dry the fruit. Cut away any lettering that may be on the surface. Using the fine star-shaped holes on the grater, rub the fruit lightly over the surface to remove only the colored portion of the rind. The white portion under the rind is bitter. To shred rind, use the smallest round or crescent-shaped holes.
