Broiled Mushroom Appetizers with Onion-Cheese Filling

Serves: 15

   1/2 pound mushrooms
   1 3-ounce package cream cheese softened
   3 tablespoons bread crumbs
   2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
   2 teaspoons onions grated
   1/4 teaspoon paprika
   1/4 teaspoon salt


Wash mushrooms and remove stems; use stems for another purpose. Mix remaining ingredients and fill each mushroom cap. Place on baking sheet and broil till lightly browned. Makes about 15 appetizers.
