Pam’s Almond Bars

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
Garnish: powdered sugar

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients except powdered sugar; press into a greased 8"x8" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes. Cool slightly; slice into small squares. Gently roll in powdered sugar.
