Cheesy Chicken & Vegetables

Ingredients

2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
3 (15-ounce) cans mixed vegetables, drained
2 (9 3/4 ounce) cans chicken, drained
6 cups cooked rice
1 (16-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

In a large saucepan over low heat, blend soups and milk over low heat. When soup mixture is warm, stir in vegetables and chicken. Cook for another one to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Spoon rice into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan; pour soup mixture over rice. Top casserole with shredded cheeses. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until casserole is bubbly and cheese is lightly golden.


While the family is gathered together, pile everyone in the car for a trip around town to see the Christmas lights and decorations...sweet memories in the making.
