Ingredients

2 small fresh pineapples, peeled, cored and diced
4 kiwi fruits, peeled and diced
2 mangos, peeled and diced
2 papayas, peeled and diced
2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, rinsed
1/2 poblano mild green chili, seeded and diced
1 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons molasses
4 limes, juiced
1 cup cilantro, chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 12 hours and serve.
