Corn Salsa

Ingredients

2 ears corn, cut from the cob
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed
1 teaspoon jalapeño pepper, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons cilantro, minced (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl, let rest 30 minutes for flavors to combine. Serve.
