Spinach and Feta Scramble

Ingredients

12 eggs
1/2 cup milk
dash salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

Directions:

Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Heat butter in large skillet and scramble eggs until partially set. Fold in spinach, cheeses, and mushrooms until cheese melts.
