Sausage Bread

Ingredients

1 loaf fresh or frozen bread dough
1 1/2 pounds sausages, cooked and drained
8 ounces skim mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 onion, diced small
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:

Roll bread dough as to make cinnamon rolls. Layer dough with sausage, cheese, and onions. Roll like a cinnamon roll. Raise in greased pan. When double, bake at 350° until golden brown. Take a fork and run butter over baked loaf. Let cool before cutting.
