Simple Fish Chowder

Ingredients

1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomato
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 pound frozen fish filet, cut into chunks

Directions:

Heat undrained tomatoes, celery, oregano, and basil to a boil over medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add frozen fish fillets. Reduce heat, and cook 10–15 minutes, until fish is opaque and flaky. Thin with a little water, if needed.
