Buttery Blender Hollandaise

Ingredients

4 egg yolk
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:

Put egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in blender. Pulse a few times, then turn to high speed and slowly add melted butter in a very thin but steady stream. Serve immediately over broccoli, asparagus, or grilled tomatoes.
